HOTEL ROOM DEPOSITS MUST BE PAID BY THE END OF TODAY

If you have booked a hotel room and have not yet paid your deposit, please be aware that paying the deposit on arrival is NOT an option.
If you turn up at the hotel and have not paid your deposit - YOU WILL NOT HAVE A ROOM!
If you booked your room online via one of our links or booked directly with the Hilton then paying the deposit will have been an integral part of the booking process. Members who needed any type of room that was arranged by our hotel liaison or accessibility team will have been sent a deposit request email from the Hilton. It is people who have not paid that deposit request who need to take action to keep their room booking.
If you have not yet done so, please follow the link and pay before the end of today, Wednesday 10 August.
NO DEPOSIT = NO ROOM!
